Description
The 2021 book will update the 2002 book. The new book covers essentially the same 20 countries that were covered in the 2002 book (the only exceptions are that Iran has been substituted by Turkey and Romania by Poland). The 2021 book will cover the dramatic expansion of the system during the last 20 years as reflected by its imapct in these countries, and allow a longitudinal assessement to be made.
