There is a growing body of domestic counterterrorism laws which provide a framework for national counterterrorism activities. Recognizing that compliance with international standards is necessary, the Centre for Human Rights and the Institute for International and Comparative Law (ICLA) developed a repository that describes the domestic legislation on terrorism
worldwide and highlights the extent to which such laws adhere to global and regional counterterrorism treaties.
